Our tour starts at your hotel in and around Hanoi Old Quarter. You will be greeted by our guide and driver at your hotel lobby or our meeting point for safety briefing, we then begin our adventure!

- Cancellation/changes made more than 48 hours before departure: No charge
- Cancellation/changes made 24–48 hours before departure: 50% of the tour charge
- Cancellation/changes made within 0–24 hours before departure: 100% of the tour charge
- Children from 5 to 11 years old: Charged 70% of adult price
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge
- 30th & 3rd day of Lunar New Year: Surcharge 50% of tour rate per pax
- 1st & 2nd day of Lunar New Year: Surcharge 70% of tour rate per pax
