Payment Policy:
Extra bed is available @US $18/per night (inclued bed & breakfast)
All rates are exclusive of 10% tax & 5% service charges.
Bank fee is applied 3% for payment made by Visa and Master cards
Check-in/out Policy :
Check in: from 14:00;
Check out: no later than 12:00;
Early check-in & late check-out: pay extra fee and subject to room availability.
Early check in policy:
Option 1: Early check-in at your arrival time: 100% room charge (including buffet breakfast)
=> HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Making a reservation for the night in advance so that you will have a room prepared immediately at your arrival time
Option 2: Early check-in at 9:00 AM: 50% room charge (no breakfast)
Option 3: Early check-in from 12:00 PM (noon): Free of charge (no breakfast)
Please note: Options 2 and 3 can only be confirmed at the time of check-in. If the room is ready by 9:00 AM or 12:00 PM, we will proceed accordingly. Otherwise, we kindly ask for your patience until the room becomes available.
Late check-out policy :
Late check-out is subject to room availability;
12:00 to 16:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge;
After 16:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge.
Guarantee :
A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;
Cancellation policy:
Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.
If cancellation/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancellation/amendment is made within 72 hours or no-show, 100% room rate will be charged.
The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days.
A transaction fee of 3% for Visa card, Master card will be applied.
Please notify us at sale1@bonjourdannamhotel.com when you receive the refunded amount.
Children Policy :
Maximum 01 child under 5 years old is free of charge when sharing a room and existing bed with parents (including breakfast for children)
From the second child (under 5 years old), breakfast fee is US $15/night (excluding extra bed)
Child from 5-year old or extra Adult: surcharge US $18/person/room/night (including bed & breakfast).
